NO PURCHASE IS REQUIRED TO ENTER OR WIN. This sweepstakes is offered only in United States. All individuals who are legal residents of U.S. and have completed 18 years of age are eligible to enter the sweepstake except for employees, officers or directors of B2C Jewels and their immediate families. To enter sweepstakes, the participant will have to login online at b2cjewels.com and fill in the required details, starting from 12 a.m. EST, May 19, 2008 and ending at 12 a.m. EST on August 18, 2008. Any other form of Internet entry is invalid and will NOT be accepted. Without limiting the aforesaid, use of automated, programmed or like on-line entry methods is prohibited. Limit ONE ENTRY per individual. Any person who attempts to participate with multiple e-mail and/or street addresses, under multiple identities, or uses any device or artifice to enter multiple times will be disqualified. Information collected from entrant is used only for the purpose of the prize drawing and to notify winners and will not be sold or shared in any manner by B2C Jewels (the "Sponsor"), or any third parties. One (1) prize will be awarded, consisting of "1/2 carat Diamond Studs in 14K White Gold” - Retail Value of $599.00 (Five hundred and ninety nine USD). Winner is solely responsible for all expenses relative to acceptance/use of prize that are not specified herein. Taxes on the prize are the winner's sole responsibility. Prize is non-transferable, cannot be redeemed for cash or credit, in whole or in part and is not subject to any form of substitution. A random drawing will be held on or about August 18, 2008 from among all eligible entries received. The winner will be notified by email within seven (7) days of the drawing. Potential winner will be required to sign an affidavit of eligibility and liability release and where legal, a publicity release, and Federal and State tax release, and return same, properly executed, via mail, within 14 days of issuance of notification. Failure to return documents as specified, or if prize notification is returned as undeliverable, will result in the entrant being disqualified, and the prize will be awarded to a potential alternate winner. Allow 4-6 weeks for delivery of prize. Sponsor is not responsible for failure for any reason whatsoever of selected entrant to receive notification. Sponsor is not responsible for any injury or damage to entrant's or any other person's computer system, property or anything stored on or related thereto as a result of participation in, or otherwise in connection with, this sweepstakes. Sponsor is not responsible for error, omission, interruption, deletion, delay in operation or transmission or unauthorized access to or alterations of entries, or for technical, equipment, network, electronic, computer, hardware or software malfunction or inaccurate transmission of or failure to receive entry by Sponsor, even if it affects ability to enter this sweepstakes. Sponsor is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by web site users, tampering, hacking, or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Sweepstakes.By participating, entrant releases and agrees to hold harmless b2cjewels.com, its directors, officers, employees, representatives and agents from any and all liability for any injuries, losses or damages of any kind to persons and/or property arising from acceptance, possession, use/misuse of the prize or participation in this Sweepstakes or any Sweepstakes-related activity. Sponsors reserve the right to substitute a Prize of equal or greater value in the event of non-availability of the Prize for any reason. By entering, entrants acknowledge compliance with these official rules, including all eligibility requirements. Entrants hereby release Sponsor and its parent, affiliates, subsidiaries, divisions, advertising and promotion agencies, and all of their respective employees, directors, officers, shareholders, agents, successors and assigns from any claims, losses, actions, or damages, whether actual, incidental or consequential arising out of or relating to entrant's participation in this Sweepstakes, use or misuse of any prize. If for any reason this Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned, or if this Sweepstakes or any web site associated therewith (or any portion thereof) becomes corrupted or does not allow the proper playing of the Sweepstakes and processing of entries per these rules, or if infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, actions by entrants, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes, in Sponsor's sole opinion, corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of this Sweepstakes, Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual implicated in such action, and/or to cancel, modify or suspend this Sweepstakes or any portion thereof. In the event this Sweepstakes is cancelled, Sponsor reserves the right to conduct a random drawing to award the prizes from among all eligible, non-suspect, entries received for the drawing prior to the time of the action or event warranting such cancellation. If the selected entrant does not comply with these Official Rules, that entrant will be disqualified and will be deprived of any right to the Prize (without compensation of any kind) and another entrant will be selected.
