We purchased an engagement ring through B2C Jewels. Their prices were more than competitive with other online sources. The bigger factor was the knowledge and service during the selection and buying process. This a big and important purchase (and phase) for any couple and therefore stressful. Jack and B2C staff were exceptionally helpful. We are on the west coast but that made no difference in the service. No matter when we called for information - morning, evening, weekend - we got a person that was familiar with our order and status. So we got instant answers. I searched for many months to find the perfect diamond for my fiance. I found literally thousands of diamonds that were very expensive that were low quality for the cost. I finally found the perfect 1.50 carat diamond with excellent gia ratings for considerably less than any of the other websites, or brokers. Even at B2C jewels it took awhile but with the help of the floor team rejecting any questionable diamonds, finally, the third diamond that I selected was the one that the team and the gemologist all agreed would be exactly what I had told them that I wanted. When the ring arrived it was just as beautiful as described. I took it to a very close friend of mine who is a knowledgeable jewler. The diamond was exactly as the GIA certificate stated.
