B2C Jewels Lifetime Upgrade Policy

The B2C Jewels Lifetime Upgrade Policy applies to all GIA and AGS purchased from our website. We are committed to serving our customers not only for a sale, but during a lifetime. If you wish to upgrade your diamond at any time after your purchase, we will provide an online store credit of the cost of your original diamond minus a restocking fee*, that can be applied towards the purchase of your new diamond, or any other item on b2cjewels.com.

*Terms & Conditions

• The policy applies to any GIA and AGS purchased from B2C Jewels for $1,000 or above.
• We do not limit the number of times you can upgrade your diamond.
• Dedicated key account manager.
• We will provide an online store credit of the cost of your original diamond minus a 30% restocking fee that can be applied towards the purchase of your new diamond, or any other item on b2cjewels.com.
• The original diamond must be in the original condition, undamaged and unaltered, along with the original diamond grading report.
• Any diamond that is deemed altered or damaged after verification will be sent back and will not be eligible for an upgrade. Also, there would be a charge of $500 to $1000 depending upon the size of the diamond to cover the re-verification by the respective laboratory and certification cost.
• The upgrade policy applies only to loose diamonds and excludes any mounting or setting. If the diamond is in a setting please remove the diamond before sending it back to us. No diamond in settings will be accepted.
• Only the original purchaser may trade-in the diamond. This guarantee may not be sold or transferred to any other person or group.
• NOT applicable on LAB Grown Diamonds.
• Upgrade orders are not eligible for discounts, coupons, or price match requests.
• Diamonds purchased as part of our B2C Jewels Lifetime Upgrade Policy may not be returned for credit but can be exchanged within 30 days.
• B2C Jewels reserve the right to refuse any requested Lifetime Upgrade or adjustments, and/or terminate the Lifetime Upgrade policy at any time.
• Shipping charges to send the diamond for upgrade has to be taken care by the customer.
